Snack Ideas


Alright, I can't keep these to myself!

My two FAVORITE go-to snacks that are as healthy as you can get: frozen blueberries with a drizzle of coconut milk AND half an avocado with sunflower seeds!! 

They. Are. MONEY.

Now, if you've had coconut milk, you're probably thinking "Really, Britt?!" I'm telling you, YES! The way the milk crystalizes on the frozen berries is stellar. If you mix the blueberries up before indulging, you even add that extra flava to the coconut milk. 
As for the avocado, the creamy texture with that hint of salty crunch from the seeds is divine!
