Eating clean, or eating healthy, doesn't have to be difficult or complicated.
Tonight, while the boys wanted pulled pork sandwiches I just threw my meat into a lettuce leaf!
Simple substitutions can be made for little things like that.
This last week I've buckled down and dialed in my nutrition, ranging from having eggs and tomatoes for breakfast to my Shakeology for a snack to paleo nachos for dinner...and I've lost TWO pounds because of those small daily choices to consume less bread, increase my veggies and drink more water.
I just want to be HEALTHY!
But HEALTHY is an outfit that looks different on everyone. Your goals are going to be different from mine BUT I do believe that when you surround yourself with like-minded friends you can achieve far more than trying to go the journey alone. #StrongerTogether
