Small Changes

It's starts by exercising for even just 15 minutes a day and working up to 30.

It starts with modifying the exercises you aren't quite ready to do. 
It starts by drinking only water or milk at your meals instead of grabbing a soda.

It starts by adding more vegetables to your plate at dinner.

Just start making SMALL changes and watch the BIG differences that occur.
