Don't Be Intimidated

Have you been intimidated by these color coordinated containers?? 

DON'T BE!! 

It's super easy to see how many of each color you're allotted each day, depending on your calorie bracket, and to choose meals accordingly.

A simple dinner I have a lot, while following the program, is a chicken wrap in a whole wheat tortilla. I just throw my meat in the red and veggies in the green and dump both on my tortilla! 


BAM!! 

They thing about the 21 Day Fix meal plan is that it takes out the guesswork. You get the right amount of the right kinds of food each day!
