I'm excited it's Saturday and I have time with family today!! 

A new day. Goals to review, revamp and re-conquer!! 

Get up.
Workout.
Eat right.
Drink water.
Stress less.
REPEAT.

PiYo

I got to sleep in til 5 this morning!!! 

1/2 an hour is a big deal! 

Business hours are set.

 
Ready to bust out some PiYo in my recovery week before I choose another program to follow in its entirety. 

It's the program where it all started for me with my weight loss/fitness/coaching journey!

Zucchini Muffins



My version of zucchini muffins:

1 2/3 C flour
1 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 C old fashioned oats
1/4 C ground flax seed (I pretty much add this to anything I bake )
1/2 C craisins
Mix dry ingredients, set aside.

1 egg
1/2 syrup (I used homemade I had left from breakfast)
3/4 C plain Greek yogurt
1/4 C melted coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 C grated zucchini
Mix then add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.

Bake at 350 for 16-18 minutes. (This made me 24 muffins)

I want to try honey next time, instead of the syrup.
Aaaaaaand the boys ate all of them!

Total Body Chisel


"Total Body Chisel" 

The stability ball took the place of the workout bench she used. I've been looking for a program that uses more weights and I see this program as a cross between 21 Day Fix and Body Beast--and the first program where TWO trainers walk you through the 60 days!! 
This would be awesome to stream at the gym--with access to more weights and the bench. 

Did you know you can try streaming from the library of over 20 full Beachbody fitness programs and catch sneak peeks (where one workout from the program is accessible) into the newest programs for FREE for 30 days?? 

I was able to complete Insanity by streaming it.

Workout Challenge

7 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE:
1. NO SODA!!!!! 
2. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces every day!
3. Workout at least 3 times a week for 20 mins (if starting out) if not 4-5 times a week for 30 mins 
4. Hold a wall squat for 1 minute every time you go to the bathroom
5. 30 second plank in the morning before you get ready, another 30 seconds mid-day and 1 minute at night before you go to bed

I need YOU

I'm sitting here, and using my time the best that I can before the kiddies wake up. My business hours and before bright and early!

The quiet of the morning's get me pondering and thinking of how grateful I am that I found the coaching opportunity 11 months ago, now. 

My team is growing, but I am looking for more ROCKSTARS to join the BeFIT Tribe!!

Before and After Energize

 Just because I wake at 5 doesn't mean it's easy. Some days I would rather be sleeping.

SO my friend, ENERGIZE helps me get focused and ready for my workout--which I can only do in the mornings, I've decided.

It's a drag to get OUT of bed but things change once I'm up and moving. 

THIS is how I rock my workout each morning! 
THIS is how I can focus on my power hour and tackle my to-do list each morning. 

If I can get these two things done before the kids wake up, then my day is GOLDEN!
