One Body. One Life.

I get to go to work each morning in my tennis shoes!  
.
I always try to get my morning started RIGHT with some personal and spiritual development.

Followed by checking into my challenge groups and connecting with my coaches. 
And I top it off with a workout! We only get ONE body and it's up to us to make good choices and take CARE of that body. One way I do that is through daily exercise! Happy Friday!
