Challenge yourself.
Whether it's physically through your workouts or maybe you're only going to drink water this week (or water just today)...or maybe you what to improve your public speaking abilities...or you've always wanted to learn to play the piano--even if you're just starting in your 30's...find SOMETHING to challenge yourself in.
If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you.
You can't be doing the same thing(s) day in and day out and expect to grow. There has to be opposition in order for growth to occur. But that opposition doesn't always have to be negative, like we are used to thinking it is.
If you're ready to change, find something in your life that will PUSH you to work harder and try harder.
Try it.
Because you can do hard things!!
