Don't Be Intimidated

Have you been intimidated by these color coordinated containers?? 

DON'T BE!! 

It's super easy to see how many of each color you're allotted each day, depending on your calorie bracket, and to choose meals accordingly.

A simple dinner I have a lot, while following the program, is a chicken wrap in a whole wheat tortilla. I just throw my meat in the red and veggies in the green and dump both on my tortilla! 


BAM!! 

They thing about the 21 Day Fix meal plan is that it takes out the guesswork. You get the right amount of the right kinds of food each day!

Grab your self an accountability picture--apair of jeans you want to buy or a fancy dress you want to fit into... plaster that on your wall and look at it every day so you know what you're working for! 

Focus on YOU for 30 minutes and a day. Strengthen yourself so you can strengthen others...mentally, physically, emotionally... 

Because you're worth it!

Loving my new weights! This program is different from others I've done...and I can tell I'm working different muscle groups all over.

That's my favorite part about these programs--they are all so different and it never gets boring as I move from one program to another. 

I believe in the whole "muscle confusion" theory and believe that if you keep doing the same thing over and over, you'll plateau. #truth

I pretty much get to decide how much or how little I want to work.

Snack Ideas


Alright, I can't keep these to myself!

My two FAVORITE go-to snacks that are as healthy as you can get: frozen blueberries with a drizzle of coconut milk AND half an avocado with sunflower seeds!! 

They. Are. MONEY.

I DARE you to try them!

Now, if you've had coconut milk, you're probably thinking "Really, Britt?!" I'm telling you, YES! The way the milk crystalizes on the frozen berries is stellar. If you mix the blueberries up before indulging, you even add that extra flava to the coconut milk. 
As for the avocado, the creamy texture with that hint of salty crunch from the seeds is divine! 
Sweet AND savory snack ideas! Love it!

I Am a BUSY Mom


To say I am a busy mom is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!!

Sooooooo, how do I fit coaching into my daily life and magnify my role as a wife and mother?

It’s simple. 

I set business hours and STICK to them!! 

It’s about priorities and even a little sacrifice…knowing that I’m working like no one else RIGHT NOW so that our family can live like no one else in a few years. #DaveRamseystyle#ourfamilyhasBIGgoals

Did you know that you can coach by dedicating just 1 ½ to 2 hours a day to this business? 
🙀
Seriously. 

It all comes down to what your goals are!

I work my “power hour” in the mornings, where I also get my workout in.

I commit to 3 hours of training each week through Zoom video conferencing.

I dedicate at least 30 minutes each day to personal development as I am continually trying to improve myself and my business.

That’s it.

Roughly 12 hours a week. 

Sometimes more.

I always try to get my morning started RIGHT with some personal and spiritual development.

Followed by checking into my challenge groups and connecting with my coaches. 
And I top it off with a workout! We only get ONE body and it's up to us to make good choices and take CARE of that body. One way I do that is through daily exercise! Happy Friday!

Healthy Looks Different On Everyone

Eating clean, or eating healthy, doesn't have to be difficult or complicated. 

Tonight, while the boys wanted pulled pork sandwiches I just threw my meat into a lettuce leaf! 


Simple substitutions can be made for little things like that. 

This last week I've buckled down and dialed in my nutrition, ranging from having eggs and tomatoes for breakfast to my Shakeology for a snack to paleo nachos for dinner...and I've lost TWO pounds because of those small daily choices to consume less bread, increase my veggies and drink more water. 

I just want to be HEALTHY! 

But HEALTHY is an outfit that looks different on everyone. Your goals are going to be different from mine BUT I do believe that when you surround yourself with like-minded friends you can achieve far more than trying to go the journey alone. #StrongerTogether

Quinoa Berry Parfait

You know those yogurt parfaits you can grab at a fast food place or ready made in the grocery store? I always want to get one because I'm a fan of yogurt and berries. 

But I bet ya a million bucks THIS one is way healthier!

It's a quinoa berry parfait with just 4 ingredients:

1/2 c. Quinoa (I just prepared the whole box and portioned out what I needed)
1/4 c. Plain Greek yogurt
1/2 c. Berries of your choice
A drizzle of pure honey


Pile on, then mix!

Simple, delicious, healthy treat for when you're craving something sweet!

Small Changes

It's starts by exercising for even just 15 minutes a day and working up to 30.

It starts with modifying the exercises you aren't quite ready to do. 
It starts by drinking only water or milk at your meals instead of grabbing a soda.

It starts by adding more vegetables to your plate at dinner.

Just start making SMALL changes and watch the BIG differences that occur.

Challenge yourself.

Whether it's physically through your workouts or maybe you're only going to drink water this week (or water just today)...or maybe you what to improve your public speaking abilities...or you've always wanted to learn to play the piano--even if you're just starting in your 30's...find SOMETHING to challenge yourself in. 

If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you. 

You can't be doing the same thing(s) day in and day out and expect to grow. There has to be opposition in order for growth to occur. But that opposition doesn't always have to be negative, like we are used to thinking it is.

If you're ready to change, find something in your life that will PUSH you to work harder and try harder. 

Try it. 

Because you can do hard things!!

I've stopped getting on the scale and although some non scale goals/victories aren't measured in numbers, it feels good to look in the mirror and recognize CHANGE! 

Here's to a CLEAN EATING, POSITIVE THINKING day!!
