Why Exercise?


Did you know you can lose weight WITHOUT exercise?

Yep! 

So....WHY exercise if you can lose weight by merely eating healthy?


I know why I do!

Um, my MOOD is boosted...I know it improves my immune system and STRENGTHENS muscles I need for every day household tasks...I have more CONFIDENCE...and definitely more ENERGY. I'm HAPPIER when I exercise and more PATIENT.

Plus, I want to be healthy FOR my family...I want the energy to be present and active with them for a LONG time.

Exercise also reduces stress and provides clarity of thought...and the list goes on...

***NEW FLASH*** Losing weight should be the LEAST important reason why you should exercise.#truth

So, make EXERCISE a priority. 

Make it happen every day.

Make it something you do because you LOVE yourself. 

And because, well, you're WORTH it!!
