Be Mindful

What DRIVES you?

Set goals and be MINDFUL of them as you take daily steps TOWARD them. Rome wasn't built in a day and you can't reach your goals without hard work and dedication.

I'm content where I am with my fitness but that doesn't mean I can stop. It takes daily work to maintain it #fitisnotadestination 
I have to be MINDFUL of what I'm eating each and MINDFUL that I get my workout in each day. It takes work and it takes CONSISTENCY.

Set your goals and work toward them by being mindful.
