It's all about WATER!

A good rule of thumb is to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water each day. (140 pound person=70 oz/day)
Since I wake up earlier than most of the world, I'm able to get a head start--IF I was on top of things.
I realized today that it wasn't until 8:30 that I had my first glass of water. 😁
The only liquid I had was my pre-workout drink.
Not cool.
I had to play catch up all day.
It's water or milk in this house.
The boys have gotten used to the fact I stopped buying juice.
However, you know that when something other than milk or water enters the house #iwontnamenames
They are like a cat on a mouse...like white on rice and ALL over that.
At least they are getting water 60-70% of the time. And that, my friends, is a WIN in my book.
