Be Thankful For Every New Day

Personal accountability can be defined as "being willing to answer for the outcomes resulting from your choices, behaviors, and actions."

We need personal ACCOUNTABILITY in all areas of our lives so we can evaluate if the things we are doing are getting us closer to where we want to be or closer to the person we want to become. smile emoticon

Choose ONE skill you want to learn or improve on in the next 3 months.
Then find the materials (books, cds, dvds, seminars, webinars) that relate to this skill that you will read and listen to for 30 minutes each day.
-----
STEP 1:
Commit to finding that first book (e-book, physical copy, or audio book) TODAY.

Not sure where to start?
Try your local library

P.S. Need accountability? Commit to your excellence and growth by sharing with your spouse, or a close friend or family member the ONE skill you want to learn or improve on in the next 3 months.

Reason number 4,327 that I'm grateful for coaching >>> I have a community of friends that help me stay accountable to both my fitness and personal goals.
