One of the biggest mistakes people make is to ‘save up’ for a large meal....or ANY large meal, for that matter.
Note to self: this strategy inevitably backfires.
Why?
You end up over-compensating for the calories you didn’t consume earlier in the day. #makessense
A better plan >> eat normally, then have a small meal before you meet up with everyone.
Make that meal one packed with fiber and protein to help curb your hunger.
Try avocado toast with tomatoes. smile emoticon
