Time is a concern for me when it comes to raising 4 littles. I feel like I'm constantly GOING (And fear it's only going to get worse as they get older)...so 30 minutes is my style!

I'm actually more motivated to eat clean when I have some soreness...it's a reminder of what I'm working for and that I don't want to throw it all away with a bowl of ice cream. (although it's been tempting at times) #formericecreamaholic

Exercise and healthy eating (at LEAST 80% of the time) go hand in hand. You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
