Staying Motivated

Exercising doesn't have to be pretty...I definitely don't look fab doing it haha.
21 DAY Fix Extreme UPPER Fix will make for some shaky arms.
30 minutes, no excuses. I can do anything for 30 minutes. And so can YOU!
Time is a concern for me when it comes to raising 4 littles. I feel like I'm constantly GOING (And fear it's only going to get worse as they get older)...so 30 minutes is my style!
No excuses. 
My non-negotiable....BECAUSE I get that boost in energy, love a good sweat, and love the "feel-good" post-workout HIGH...

I'm actually more motivated to eat clean when I have some soreness...it's a reminder of what I'm working for and that I don't want to throw it all away with a bowl of ice cream. (although it's been tempting at times) ‪#‎formericecreamaholic‬

Exercise and healthy eating (at LEAST 80% of the time) go hand in hand. You can't out-exercise a bad diet.
