Shakeology: Take Two

It's still my favorite go-to snack in the afternoon. ‪#‎superfoodshake‬


So, when I remembered I had one after a killer 21 Day Fix Plyo workout this morning, I fought the urge to make a second one for the day.

....Ya, I lost that fight!!
