Muscle Confusion

I know I was sore yesterday morning, but the soreness continues!!
I've been exercising consistently for well over a year now, but I STILL get sore. 

**NEWS FLASH** Soreness means your body is under construction!

Muscle confusion will create the soreness, even if you're consistent with your exercise. I don't think it will ever fully go away if you're switching things up.
P.S. you can avoid a plateau if you switch things up...so walking or running every day will only get you so far.

I figured that out the hard way when I would run 5-6 times a week and not see much change...Go figure. 

You want weight loss, try tweaking your nutrition.
You want a change in your body composition, WORKOUT!!
