7 DAY FITNESS CHALLENGE:1. NO SODA!!!!!
2. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces every day!
3. Workout at least 3 times a week for 20 mins (if starting out) if not 4-5 times a week for 30 mins
4. Hold a wall squat for 1 minute every time you go to the bathroom
5. 30 second plank in the morning before you get ready, another 30 seconds mid-day and 1 minute at night before you go to bed
