Yesterday's shopping haul.
There's no trick to my meal planning. I stick to fruits, veggies, meats and nuts. I limit my bread, dairy, legumes and sugar.
For dinner, I just focus on getting veggies and meat and if I have a starch, it's a small portion.
We do wraps, tacos, salads... And don't get too fancy, although we DO save the "fancy" for family dinners on Sunday. #eatwholefoods#itstartswithfood #cleaneating
