Rest Your Muscles



I may not be able to sleep in on most Sundays #lifewithkids but I do take a break from my workouts to rest my body. 


Don't forget that rest days are a part of the program. 



Don't burn yourself out by thinking you have to exercise EVERY day...so let yourself REST and let those muscles recover.
