Totally slept in. Actually I did it on purpose. I didn't even set my alarm. My boys woke me up and so they were my alarm.
Feels good not to get up at 5...but now it's time to work!! and workout.
P90x3 Agility today! Not my favorite workout in the program BUT I'm still going to push hard.
You ever have those? Particular workouts in a program that just aren't your fav but you still do 'em cuz you know it's a system you can trust??
