Yesterday I made a batch of quinoa.
One cup of uncooked makes about 4 cups cooked...and that will last me most of the week when I use it to make this parfait.
It's like those yogurt parfaits you can grab at a fast food place or ready made in the grocery store. I always want to get one because I'm a fan of yogurt and berries.
But I bet ya a million bucks THIS one is way healthier! 😉
It's a quinoa berry parfait, with just FOUR ingredients:with just 4 ingredients:
1/2 c. Quinoa (I just prepared the whole box and portioned out what I needed)
1/4 c. Plain Greek yogurt
1/2 c. Berries of your choice
A drizzle of pure honey
Pile on, then mix! 🙌
